    LaVO3/SrRuO3 초격자 인공구조 박막의 합성과 그 자기적 특성

    The perovskite superlattice structure consisting of Mott-insulator LaVO3 and ferromagnetic SrRuO3 was synthesized by Pulsed Laser Deposition method. It can be confirmed that the superlattice lattice constant is 12.65 and the superlattice structure is very similar to the measured X-ray diffraction result when LaVO3 (1.5 unit lattice)/SrRuO3 (1.5 unit lattice) is analyzed. Unlike SrRuO3 monolayer films with a Curie temperature of about 130 K, the ferromagnetic properties were measured from a low temperature of 10 K to a room temperature of 300 K, which is the only characteristic of the superlattice artificial structure. These peculiar magnetic properties of LaVO3/SrRuO3 superlattice can be interpreted as the result of exchange-interaction between Ru-O-V ordering that only realize by superlattice artificial structure.

    Pt, Pd층의 두께가 CoSiB/Pt/CoSiB 및 CoSiB/Pd/CoSiB 박막의 자기적 특성에 미치는 영향

    CoSiB is the amorphous ferromagnetic material and the thin-film consisting of CoSiB, Pt and Pd has perpendicular magnetic anisotropic property. We have been studied the magnetic property of trilayers consisting of the Co75Si15B10, Pt and Pd. In this paper, we investigated the magnetic property of the [CoSiB 15 Å/Pt or Pd (8, 11, 14, 17, and 24 Å)/CoSiB 15 Å] trilayers and found dependence of thickness of Pt or Pd layer on the magnetic property. The trilayer is measured by VSM and analyzed coercivity and saturation magnetization. The coerivity of CoSiB/Pt/CoSiB trilayer system is higher than it of CoSiB/Pd/CoSiB trilayer system. However the saturation magnetization of CoSiB/Pt/CoSiB trilayer is lower than it of CoSIB/Pd/CoSiB trilayer system. All values of two system samples decreased with increasing the thickness of Pt and Pd layer.

    We report the experimental observation of the perpendicular exchange bias effect in the ferromagnetic CoNi multilayers interfacing with antiferromagnetic IrMn layer. From a hysteresis loop measurement, it was found that as the antiferromagnetic IrMn thickness increases from 5 Å to 40 Å, the hysteresis loop is gradually changed from the symmetric shape to the asymmetric shape shifted by some amount corresponding to the exchange-biased field at the thickness of 20 Å. Also, the domain observation experiment shows that the domain reversals in the increasing and decreasing field regions at the sample with the thickness of 40 Å exhibit the same single domain wall motion even though they have the different coercivities.

    바이오센서용 3가지 나선형 코일과 이중구조 GMR-SV 소자 제작과 특성 연구

    We fabricated the GMR-SV device composed of three helical coils, for application as biosensors using by lithography. Ar-ion milling, and lift-off processes. Three different helical coils of Cu films were placed on the center of the GMR-SV with a width of 2 μm. A SiO2 film of 100 nm thick was deposited as a insulating layer so that the center of the lower helical coil layer and the upper layer of coil electrode was separated. When the same dc current of 10 mA was applied to the coils of 2 turn, 3 turn, and 4 turn, the maximum magnetic flux density values at the center z = 0, which is perpendicular to the coil plane, were 1820 μT, 2400 μT and 3090 μT, respectively. The magnetoresistance ratio of the GMR-SV device measured with two terminals was 2.08 %, but it had almost linear hysteresis property and the average magnetic field sensitivity was 0.2%/Oe or less. When multiple magnetic beads adsorbed on the surface of red blood cells pass through a 8 μm width of PR channel, the currents induced to the respective coils of three multi-turns are generated as an enough magnetic field to capture those. After stopping the red blood cells, there is a possibility that the output signal value of the GMR-SV device as bisosenor can be detected.

    Melt-spinning법을 이용하여 제조된 비정질 리본의 Single Strip 방법을 이용한 자기적 특성 측정 연구

    In this study, we have investigated the frequency and annealing temperature dependent magnetic properties of melt-spun Fe64.5Co7Si5B15.5Nb3.5Al4.5 amorphous ribbon. We have measured B-H magnetic hysteresis loops in the frequency range of 50 Hz~100 kHz using single-strip method and magnetic permeabilities in the frequency range of 1MHz~100 MHz using impedance analyzer. We observed the increase of coercivity as a function of measurement frequency and annealing temperature due to Eddy current effect and crystallization, respectively.

    초기 자기장이 Anhysteretic 탈자 프로토콜 성능에 미치는 영향

    This paper investigated the effect of initial magnetic field on the performance of the Anhysteretic deperming protocol for the magnetic stealth of the vessel. Parameter selection is very important because the deperming performance of the Anhysteretic deperming protocol changes according to the parameters. The initial magnetic field plays a role in arranging the vessel magnetization in a specific direction. In this paper, we have experimented with changing the initial magnetic field size by using the end magnetic field search method for the reduced vessel in the laboratory environment. Experimental results show that as the initial magnetic field decreases in the same number of shots, the magnitude of the end magnetic field, which is superior in deperming performance, increases.

    뫼스바우어 분광법에 의한 제주도 전기 분석구 스코리아의 특성 연구

    Fe compounds of scoria samples distributed at older cinder cone in Jeju Island were investigated by means of X-ray diffractometry (XRD), X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (XRF) and Mössbauer spectroscopy. We found that samples were typical basic rock which consisted of ferromagnetic hematite, magnetite and paramagnetic augite, anorthite, albite etc. Their total amount of iron compounds including hematite, magnetite and nanophase ferric oxide, pyroxene vary 13.5 wt%~15.7 wt% by resonance absorption area. The Mössbauer spectra of the scoria samples were consisted of two sextets and two doublets. The balance state of Fe ions of all samples were chiefly Fe3+, and Fe3+/Fetot. ratios were 66.55 %~91.06%.
